Derwen College Ludlow offers a spacious and accessible environment for students with SEND.
We welcome local students from across Shropshire and neighbouring counties, including Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Powys.
Derwen College Ludlow is located on Ludlow’s Eco Business Park, and offers young adults (aged 16-25), with special educational needs and disabilities including autism, the opportunity to develop core skills that directly relate to their aspirations.
Students attend on a daily basis and can learn skills via:
- Work and Independence pathway
- Supported Internships programme
This campus welcomes a small group of day students, each with a bespoke timetable to facilitate their own progression and skill development.
Independence
Teaching our students how to be independent is key in their preparation for adulthood. Taught sessions include:
- Travel training
