At Derwen’s Garden Centre and Gift Shop you will find a wide range of nursery stock, Derwen-made products and locally sourced artisan goods.

Staff at Derwen Marketplace’s Garden Centre and Gift Shop can advise you on the wide variety of plants that we have to offer.
The plants and flowers on display at our Garden Centre and Gift Shop include those home-grown at Derwen College.
Other suppliers supplement our stock, and we take great pride in being one of David Austin Roses’ specially selected outlets.
Derwen College students on our horticulture pathway actively participate in sowing seeds, potting-on, caring for, and selling the plants on display.
Seasonal outdoor plants on offer include ornamental and fruit trees, soft fruit, roses, shrubs, herbaceous plants and bedding plants.
You can stroll around the Walled Garden, where you’ll find many examples of our plants, during your visit to the Garden Centre & Gift Shop.
The Garden Centre also stocks gifts and cards produced by local businesses. Additionally, you can purchase a variety of local dairy, bakery and other grocery products.
Derwen chutneys, jams, cakes, and breads are available to purchase. You can shop for unusual gifts, cards, tools and equipment too.
Explore our wide range of pre-loved homewares, music, and books, all generously donated to us through our charity shop, the Vintage Advantage.
We have a range of handmade soaps, jewellery and artisan wooden items. Items made by Derwen College students and clients are also available to purchase.
